WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT

 

This Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal document that limits and affects your rights. Read carefully before signing.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in activities, rides, and events organized by Chester’s Wacky Riders (“Company”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I fully understand and acknowledge that participation in motorized or non-motorized rides, stunts, or related activities involves inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to serious bodily harm, permanent disability, or death. I voluntarily assume all such risks, known and unknown, even those arising from the negligence of others, including Chester’s Wacky Riders, its employees, representatives, agents, and affiliates.

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Chester’s Wacky Riders, its owners, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents (“Releasees”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise.

I understand that this Agreement shall be binding upon me, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns. I confirm that I am of legal age in the province where this activity is taking place and am legally competent to sign this document.

I acknowledge that I have had sufficient time to read, understand, and consider the terms of this Agreement. I freely and voluntarily assume all risks and sign this Waiver and Release of Liability of my own free will.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT BETWEEN ME AND CHESTER’S WACKY RIDERS.
