Cancellation Policy

At Chester’s Wacky Riders, we are committed to providing a fun, safe, and enjoyable experience for all our riders. Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your ride experience, we’re here to help.

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

The customer cancels before the ride starts and requests a refund immediately.​

For customers booking our rides for special events and wish to cancel. That request must be made two weeks in advanced; for cancellation made within 1 week 50% will be retained by us; No refund will be granted for cancellation made less than one week before the event.  

 

Additional Non-Refundable Situations:

If the ride malfunctions due to a mechanical or technical issue. We will provide you with another ride as soon as one is available.

Change of mind after the ride has started.

​

Rider misconduct or violation of safety guidelines.

​

Weather-related cancellations (if rides are located outdoors and the policy is clearly posted).
