Chester’s Wacky Riders – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Chester’s Wacky Riders! By using our motorized animal ride services, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before riding.

1. Eligibility and Supervision
Riders must be at least 6 years old to use the motorized animals alone. Children under  aged 6 must be accompanied by an adult. Children must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian. Adults are welcome to ride, provided they meet the weight limit (maximum 300 lbs / 136 kg).

2. Weight and Safety Restrictions
Each ride is designed with specific safety limits. Exceeding the maximum weight or improper use can result in injury or damage. Riders must remain seated at all times, hold on to the handles, and follow instructions provided by staff.

3. Operation Area
Rides may only be used within designated mall areas. Riders must not take animals into stores, up or down escalators, or outside the permitted boundaries.

4. Time Limits and Fees
Rental times and fees are clearly posted. Rides will automatically stop when the paid time expires. Additional time may be purchased as available. Refunds are not provided for unused time.

5. Conduct and Liability
Riders must operate the animals responsibly. Reckless riding, bumping into people or objects, or misuse of the rides may result in termination of ride time without refund. Chester’s Wacky Riders is not liable for injuries caused by improper use or failure to follow these terms.

6. Damage and Responsibility
You are responsible for any damages caused to the equipment or mall property during your ride. Charges may apply in the event of damage due to negligence or misuse.

7. Health and Safety
Do not ride if you have back or neck problems, are pregnant, or have any medical condition that may be aggravated by this activity. Our animals are sanitized regularly, but we advise all riders to use hand sanitizer before and after use.

8. Agreement
By participating in Chester’s Wacky Riders, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
